Westlife, Oh Westlife..

I'm a big fan of Westlife, enough said. Their voices are so music in my ears. And since their songs lyrics are so touche, omg, I love them so much! Actually when I was still a kid I was kinda not a fan of them. I began to crazy over them since I entered high school. So yeah, you can conclude that I'm still a junior fan or something like that.

But I'm not a dabbler yeh. I am not. I truly love Westlife.

So what am I going to post tonight? I'm going to share my--well, cheesy--story and it has something to do with my favorite irish boyband, Westlife. This is my first time writing blog post using English so if you find any grammar mistakes please let me know. I'd love to correct it for you. Grammar mistake is a shame after all -_-

Remember : Finish what you started. Don't jump to conclusion.

It all began in my beginning days of second year on senior high school. My classmate, Rani, told me that Westlife were going to have a concert in Jakarta in October 2011 (it was last month, I know). I haven't known her very well actually, but Rani is very loyal when it comes to concert things. She has been watching so many concerts this year--most of them are Afgan's concert--and of course, she doesn't wanna miss the Gravity Tour Concert, just like me. We're both love Westlife fyi.

So after that we were fangirl-squealing-like-mad. We made plan to go to the concert together. We just needed to ask for parents' permission, order the tickets, bla bla bla and it was settled.

I went home happily. I was like, "Man, I'm going to watch Westlife's Gravity Tour concert! I'M GOING TO WATCH WESTLIFE CONCERTTTTTT HKGJHFJHGJHKLJ" HAHAHAHA I was overwhelmed with joy when my mom and dad allowed me to go. I also obtained all informations about the upcoming concert; the venue, ticket price, contact person, etc. I could hardly wait to see Rani the following day so we could order the ticket straight away.

The next day.

Me : Ran look at this I checked the promotor's site yesterday I have the concert detail
Ran : Uhhhh Na, I'd really love to go but I've already watched so many concerts lately so my parents don't allow me. I'm so sorry *sob dramatically* Maybe if you still wanna go you can find someone else to accompany you
Me : *gulp*

I felt a big cloud goes by then stays above my head.

Omg. I'm doomed.

Omg what should I do there's no way I come to the concert alone it's no fun. Regardless the fact that I had no partner to go to the concert, I contacted the promotor's office via phone. It was around 8 or 9 August (I remember I was attending game seminar at ITB at that time. There was Takashi Tokita there, he's one of Square Enix officials, and I proudly proclaim to you guys that I managed to take some pictures with him HAHAHAH) okay enough already back to the main story.

I contacted the promotor's office.

Me : Excuse me but about the tribune ticket..
CP : I'm sorry but the tribune ticket is already sold out
Me : So there's only the festival ticket left? (I talked to myself WHAT NO WAY THERE ARE STILL TWO MONTHS TO GO AND THE TICKET IS ALREADY SOLD OUT)
CP : Yes
Me : ... Thank you then

I hung up.

Omfg.

After that I contacted my cousin, Litya, via twitter straight away. I thought maybe we could go to the concert together. I asked her whether she wanted to go and if her parents allow her or not. She replied me about one or two weeks after and said that she couldn't go.

And so my dream to watch Gravity Tour is fade away. Even if I had free ticket concert and parent's permission, I couldn't go without at least a partner..

Indonesian mode on : Yaudah sih.

Two months later. October 1 2011. I was surfing the internet and mom was watching TV when she found a Gravity Tour commercial break. Then we had a little--but believe me, it was really-something--chit chat.

Mom : Dear, are you still going to Westlife concert?
Me : Nope I don't have any companion
Mom : Huh what about Rani?
Me : Her parents don't allow her
Mom : You said that you had asked Litya, how about her?
Me : The same with Rani, Mom. Parents' permission isn't granted
Mom : Well that's too bad.. You know, you could just ask your uncle to get the tickets for you. He's capable of doing that, isn't he?
Me : ...

I completely forgot that my uncle is--we can say--active in showbiz business. It must be easy for him to obtain the tickets. I really wanted to say this to Mom, "That is a good point, Mom. But WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME EARLIER TODAY IS H-4 IT'S NO USE".

And guys, TRUST ME, you don't wanna know this. The following day I went to school as usual and met Rani. Can you believe what she said to me?

Rani : My dad got free two Gravity Tour tickets
Me :

Let us continue.

Rani : He got them from his friend, the owner of the promotor company. And, Na, HE GAVE THOSE TICKETS TO ME HAHAHAHA
Me : NO WAYYYYY HAHAHAHA ARE YOU SERIOUS? I WILL PUNCH YOUR HEAD IF YOU'RE LYING
Rani : Seriouslyyyyy he didn't even try! He told me the story and gave the free tickets to me yesterday! But my little sister had said to much. Dad discovered that I'm going to have midterm test next week so..
Me : Oh don't dare you say that
Rani : He took back the tickets. NA HE TOOK BACK THE TICKETS
Me : OMG HELL NO

I wanted to commit suicide.

And so my dream to watch Gravity Tour is (really) fade away.

Westlife oh Westlife..
